My first visit to Dr. Alwash's was back in the July, and my second visit was today. I can say for a fact that I will be coming back again. The receptionists were amazingly prompt and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable, and the staff always calls you in at the time of the appointment because they're so considerate of your time and patience. The two hygienists I saw on different visits were so skilled. I could tell right away from steady their hands that they're backed by experience and knowledge, and they paid attention to every tooth and corner of mouth during the cleaning. I didn't get the hygienist's name on my first visit, but Elena saw to me on my second. I only saw Dr. Alwash on my first visit, and she was a delight to meet. Skilled, talented, and passionate are the first three words that came to my mind to describe her. The calls and notes she made to her assistant while examining my teeth were so sharp and accurate that I could barely follow along. Each visit went smoothly, and they minimize paperwork and do most things digitally and before you show up for the appointment. By the time I step into their office, they recognized me quickly and had me seated within the minute. Dr. Alwash and her staff run the dental office like a tight ship. I'm glad I came across this dental office. I also really like how they have a Keurig in the waiting room.

One of the best dentists in Toronto! The service was excellent from start to finish. The doctor is incredibly professional, gentle, and very kind. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel completely comfortable. The clinic is clean, organized, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for high-quality care and a great overall experience

I had a great experience at this dentist office. I had a thorough exam and an amazing cleaning. Also, I had a painless/comfortable wisdom teeth extraction and the dentist was actually so nice and personable. She really took time to explain what she thought I would benefit from. I would genuinely recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 will be back for all future work!

I have never written a review, but I want everyone out there to know about Royal Crest Denistry in Markam. I can't say enough about my experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Ann is truly the heart of the clinic, from the moment she greets you, you feel welcome, informed and cared for. Ann is involved at every step, ensuring the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently, and it's obvious that every detail is thoughtfully managed-from scheduling to follow-up care. Ann's presence alone sets the tone for the whole experience. Dr. Zina Alwash, is absolutely exceptional- not only is she highly skilled and very thorough, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt completely at ease. It's rare to find a dentist who is incredibly competent and genuinely caring. Her hygienist and the rest of the staff were equally impressive Amy, Christine, and Lubra are amazing, clearly comitted to providing top quality care. There's a real sense of teamwork and professionalism here that's hard to find elsewhere. I can't recommend Royal Crest Dentistry enough, you'll be in excellent hands from start to finish.
